coffee-is-goodMany issues said that coffee is not good for your health. it contains a lot of caffeine.  Do not consume it. But do you know guy that is not totally true. Based on the recent coffee study In USA in January 2010 proved that drinking coffee can lower the risk of liver fibrosis, hepatitis and diabetes. How could it be? In fact for One hundred and seventy seven patients were studied over a six-month period, 90 % who consume coffee twice a day showed they are free from those diseases than who do not consume it.

Coffee has also been shown to decrease the risk of prostate cancer, and even Alzheimer’s disease and stroke. Containing of caffeine and other sources of caffeine, such as green tea, black tea and chocolate may be helpful in reducing health risks, though the study showed that coffee reduced the risk for fibrosis.

Another study, In December 2009, research presented at the American Association for Cancer Research Frontiers in Cancer Prevention Research Conference showed that coffee reduced the risk of prostate cancer because of its effect on blood sugar, insulin and glucose metabolism. Men who drank the most coffee had a 60 percent lower risk of aggressive prostate cancer, compared to the men who drank no coffee.

Overall, there is some researcher from Australia; he is able to conclude that every cup of coffee consumed equaled a seven percent reduction in diabetes risk. This fact is better than tea does. Tea just can reduce the risk of diabetes until the number of 4, 5 %.
